View Full Version : Fiberous carbs question

I try to get a couple of servings of fiberous carbohydrates with meals that dont follow workouts, I usually fit about 2 servings in a day. My question is this, I've been back and forth with raw vegatables and vegatable juice (I hate eating raw vegatables) and am wondering if low sodium V8 is sufficent. I know it processed and really not as good as eating real veggies, but I'm wondering if it is good enough? One thing that did concern me was sugar was listed on the ingridents, but it can't be much seeing as there are only eight grams of sugar per serving and I'm guessing at least six of those come from the veggies, so maybe 2 grams added or less? What do you think good choice, bad choice? thanks in advance.

Throw veggie into your blender and mix it with your shake or whatever and you won't even taste the veggies.
