Hi,

anyone know exactly how many cals, pro, carbs and fat are in 1 serving of sweet potato if the size is say 100g? I've got quite a lot of different answers so I was wondering what yu guys think.

Hi, thanks. Problem is everything is in ounces which doesn't mean much to me. I dont suppose u know of a good site that works in grams?

uh what i put is IS in grams !!! and the site is www.calorieking.com which u can put in either grams, oz, etc....

You can select the size so its good
