I'm 15-16% bf, current 66g fat 239g carb 237g protein, i wanna drop body fat, i was thinking drop carbs up cardio? I just wanna lose this last bit of fat and start putting on muscle . Any help?

Probably the most common question on this entire board btw, do a little research?

I am unaware of this as I am completely able to find answers to my question. Laziness does not = the search function is screwed.

Try Advanced Search -> Search Titles Only. Narrow down the forum. Just searching for "want abs" in the little pop-down box will bring up 99% of this forum's threads as it searchs every word posted.

what is your diet like?
diet is the #1 reason why a lot of people don't have abs.

Last bit of fat ?? UM buddy you are 15 to 16 as you say that means you have alot of fat to loose to see abs.

I suggest you look into carb cycling for getting shredded.

Agree. If you are 200lbs @ 16%, you need to lose 13 lbs of fat to get to 10%BF. You can expect, with a good diet and training program, for that to take about 6-12 weeks. So no abs for you right now. :)
