ok im thinking about bulking up for the rest of the summer ( 2 months )..
I was wondering if i should bulk up the clean way or the other way.. i want to get big quick but i have a bad feeling that if i dont bulk up the right way im only gonna get fat..

Age:16 soon to be 17 (june 27)
Height: 5'11
weight: 155
Bodyfat: unknown

Go with clean bulk - it will take a lot longer but you're body will thank you later in life.

You have perfectly answered your own thread! .... and needless to say... summer is not good time to bulk...good luck and eat clean!.. REMEMBER... anyone can be big... but FIT.... is something else..

try for a 40/40/20 Protein/carbs/fats and get most fo your fat from nuts and PB and most of your carbs from whole grains and complex carbs and then your proteins from lean meat like chicken, tuna, fish, turkey BAM there you go clean bulk

Depends on the body type. If you're an ecto, it'll be fine going a little dirty (though not getting too carried away). For other body types clean is better.
