so i had,
four slices of 100% wheat toast
natural peanut butter and some cinnamon sprinkled on them
Banana
and two glasses of 1% milk

I usually have 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 4 100% wheat toast, Banana, and 1% milk.

My question is, was this an alright breakfast?

what are your goals?

It lacks protein, just add a scoop of whey in water next time you cant make eggs.

Well the peanut butter has eight grams of protien per serving, so im figuring i got 20g from that, about 20 from the milk, each slice of bread has 3g of protein.
so about 43g of protein, most soy though.

Wait, what soy? You didn't list any soy proteins in there, unless it's 1% soy milk...

Anyways, if it's regular milk then you're probably getting in more like 32-40 grams of protein from that. Since a half cup of milk has 8 grams, and a typical glass is at least a cup.

Also, while you're fine on the protein and the carbs, that is a lot of fat in that one meal. Does this fit into your macros?

Eggs in the microwave can be done in under 2 minutes. You could have scrambled a dozen by the time you made the breakfast you had.

My breakfast is typically 800 calories. Nothing wrong with a big breakfast.

Peanuts is the soy, and all milk is 8g per cup unless its the expensive type, like moo milk or something. yeah i might have a gotten a lil more protein than what i put because the glasses i drink from are more than a cup.

I stayed out last night late and had to wake up at six thirty so i really didn't have the motor skills at the that time to be making eggs, so the easiest and quickest was toast.

i didn't read anyone else's replies but peanut butter has a **** ton of fats, 17g a serving and whole wheat has 2-3. I don't know what your goals are but if its loosing weight, you probably just got all the fat you want in one day at once, and its in the beginning of the day where you wont burn it off till later. If I'm misinformed just ignore my comment. But i think thats a fine way to get protein, solid protein>shake in my opinion. And eggs have what? 5-7g per cup? plus all that peanut butter
...protein-wise you look fine

looks good to me

from this:

2 servings of peanut butter is 34g of fat
Milk is about 4g
Whole wheat is 4g a slice (2slices)

44g of fat in the morning?

i might just be anal but thats all i get a day

unless your bulking I'm guessing that would be alright but I'm trying a cut right now and get under 44g of fat a day

i need to try that pb with cinnamon as well

Soy is a plant.

Peanut is a different plant.

They are both legumes, however.

No. Soybeans have soy protein. Unless your food is derived from the soy plant, it is not soy protein. Peanuts are not a by-product of the soybean, unless my understanding of botany is way off.

Pretty sure you passed BB.com botany on this one. Peanut = peanut. Soy = soy. ;)

I'm not bulking, and I take in anywhere from 40-70g of fat per day...depending on what my carbs look like. Dietary fat does not equal body fat.
