What does HRR stand for? Something to do with heart rate I imagine.

Heart Rate Reserve.

It's like beats per minute.

How would one go about calculating ones heart rate reserve? Is it based on bodyweight?

Check your pulse. Find how many times it beats in 10 seconds. Multiply it by 6.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Heart rate reserve is a term used to describe the difference between a person's measured and resting heart rate. As a person increases their cardiovascular fitness, their HRrest will drop, thus the heart rate reserve will increase. Percentage of HRR is equivalent to percentage of VO2 reserve.

HRR = HRmax − HRrest
