Did you really lose 10lbs in one day last month?

As far as your diet goes, what are you trying to achieve?

No, I had my weight inputed wrong before, I didn't lose any weight at all.

Trying to add some mass is my goal, trying to do it as cleanly as possible.

there is no way you are going to add weight eating only 2k calories a day. Shoot for at least 2500-2600 at least then go from there. If you gain to fast, lay off a bit. You need more fats and carbs also. Carbs are your best friend when trying to put on weight.

Another tip is not to worry about fat gain. You are going to gain some fat while putting on weight. It will be a lot easier for you to either focus on putting on muscle mass or cutting. Just my opinions. Godd luck to you.

o, u saw my journal for today, the day isn't done yet lol :P . Im at 2500 atm, probably gonna eat again before I go to bed, depending on if im hungry.
