Before i go to play i eat breakfast which consists of:

1 cup oats
1 scoop protien
1 cup milk

Hockey is pretty much like HIIT but longer and with more intensity.
I played for about 2 hours.

Whaty should i eat when i come home:
Carbs?

i just ate a tuna sandwich on WW. That alright??

For Athletes you definately want a good amount of carbs PWO (if not during).

try a couple sandwichs, some rice and veggies, and some milk.

x2, for something as intense as hockey, you probably want a sports drink during the game if you're playing for two hours.
