Hi
Weight 80kg (176lbs)
Height 6ft
Body Fat..not sure
Waist 32
Workout 4times a week
Aim get more muscular
11am..4 egg whites and 1 yolk microwave cooked with 2-3 brown toasts and a cup of tea
1pm One scoop Promax whey protein shake with milk
2pm work out
3pm One spoon creatine with grape juice and one scoop whey powder with some oats, cottage cheese, honey and some nuts
6pm pasta with a can of tuna, 2 egg whites and some broccoli and peas
10pm rice with 2 chicken breasts
