I've lifted off and on for awhile now but I've never made a serious enough commitment. I've always neglected nutrition which is obviously not very intelligent. Unfortunately, I can go a LONG time witout eating anything and my metabolism is hyperactive. I'm not too big on gaining fat, simply because I don't think I'll gain too much. If I do then I'll deal with it when the time comes. Right now, I just want to bulk up. I'm already ripped accept for my abbs so i figure if i lose some definition but gain bulk, i can shred later. Keep in mind I weigh about 137-138lbs right now and I would like to weigh about 150-155lbs.

I tried to be as thorough as possible but my lunch and dinner meals vary. I always have some meat (chicken usually) during lunch but dinner changes everyday.

I've been on this for about a solid 1.5-2 weeks and I believe I've gained 4-5 lbs. But I see that as easy to do when before I never drank water and consumed less then 2000 calories on an average day.

I was thinking about getting in some oats, eggs and fruit. For the pwo shake, do you guys just throw in the oats with everything else?

Is drinking raw eggs a bad idea? I prefer it because I can eat more. But It would make since that my body waste energy killing the bacteria within the eggs.

If I wake up in the middle of the night, I find myself hungry, really hungry. Should I throw in some milk with the cup o noodles before bed? I just started the noodles thing so I don't know how well it helps curb my hunger at night. I hear milk is a slow digester so I figured that would be good for me.

I believe that's everything. Thanks in advance.
