I have to work out around 9 am tomorrow. Will some CC be good for a pre w/o meal or should i have a piece of tilapia instead?

Both are good but the fish would be digested faster. You want protein to hit your muscles post workout asap.

Either is fine, just eat some protein. You will not notice a difference either way unless you are lactose intolerant.

lactose intolerant, i am not. But I drink very little skim milk for some reason. I prefer water

I don't drink much milk either, but since you aren't LI, whichever sounds more appetizing for that meal is the one you should choose. Both are a great protein source.

I cant turn down tilapia... EVER hahahaha... I will just keep the CC for pre bed snack with some natty PB then

Sounds good, seafoods are my favorite proteins (grew up on the coast)

orange roughy, tilapia, flounder.... all good to me. Only kinds of fish I have ever had. I have been in KY or OH all my life... But the beaches are good for me about twice a yr or so
