Meal 1

3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup egg whites
1 grapefruit
Multivitamin

Meal 2

6 oz chicken breast
1 cup veggies
1 oz almond

Meal 3

1 cup brown rice
6 oz chicken breast

WORKOUT

Post-Workout

Universal Torrent

Meal 4

1 cup brown rice
6 oz lean meat
1 cup veggies

Meal 5
8 oz potato
6 oz lean meat
1 cup veggies

Meal 6
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp peanut butter

Total is around 2700-2800 calories. Should I add more veggies? Less protein? Thanks

I'd add a fat source to your breakfast (egg yolks being the obvious choice). Not only is your diet pretty low in fat, but some vitamins are fat-soluble and cannot be absorbed unless taken with fat. Other than that it looks good.

More fat.

Pour some olive oil on your veggies. Eat some salmon.
