Okay, I am cutting weight for a figure competition for the second time and want to try something different. I did a low carb diet last time and high amounts of cardio, felt like a zombie 80% of the time unless jacked on caffine, and starved. I felt as thought I lost alot of my hard earned muscle and thought that someone out there could give me advice. I am 11 weeks out this coming Friday. The show is august 16th.

Example of last show's diet on a low day:

meal 1; 1/2 c oats, 1 whole egg/3egg whites
meal 2; 1/4 oats, one scoop whey
meal 3; 3oz. fish/chicken, one cup of greens
meal 4; 3oz. fish/chicken, one cup of greens
meal 5; 3oz. fish/chicken, one cup of greens, CLA capsule
meal 6; 3egg whites/flax oil capsule

Please help me with some other ways I already know I need to cut back on the cardio. Oh and I am starting at 135lbs 5'4" tall. Same as last time but more muscle. Thanks
