i will be finishing my 5 month cut this week, and plan on going into a clean bulk... im around 180 right now, my goal will be to reach 200 with very little fat gain, so i will go slow. Ive been trying to make a blue print for a good bulking diet and this is what i have come up with....

Meal 1- 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 cup milk, 1 tbspn PB
Meal 2 ? 1 can of Tuna, 1 piece of Fruit
Meal 3 ? 6 whole Eggs, (Rice/Fruit), cottage cheese
Meal 4 ? Shake (2 scoops whey, 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk)
Meal 5 ? Chicken or Beef, Rice
Meal 6 ? Shake (1 scoop whey, 2 tbspn PB)

i am prone to gaining lots of bodyfat so i will be eating very clean, ... if it helps, this will be my supp plan:

Animal Pak/ M Stak/ Pump/ Flex/ Fish Oil/ Whey

any feedback/ advice would be appreciated, thanks

too much whey, not enough solid slow release protein sources

not enough complex carbs

where the 5 fruit and veg per day minimum ?

meal 6. slow release protein source here is essential. whey is abosrbed within an hour. you need nutrient all through the night, whey is not suitable. whey is for post work out shakes only

ok, so i guess il drop meal 4 and replace it with either some Tuna/Chicken with some fruit.

il get some casein for before bed.

thanks for the critique. anything else i should tweak?

Eat more carbs, replace the cottage cheese in meal 3 with more carbs. Sufficient protein in eggs already. Eat the cottage cheese before bed instead with the peanut butter. Get some veggies in there too.

you never want to eat carbs by themselves if you can help it, this elicits a huge insulin response and will lead to fat gain if you do it often.....always center everything else around protein in a bb diet.

got it. but my question is since im prone to adding fat (im naturally an endomorph) should i limit my fruit intake and opt for oats and brown rice instead?

If i were you i'd only eat it around workouts.....the rest of your carbs should def. come from other complex carbs such as brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes, etc.

True in a sense, but casein has been proven to be released much slower throughout your body than whey isolate.

so ive come up with a different diet now, let me know how it is

1 - 2 scoop whey, ? cup oats, 1 tbspn PB, 1 cup milk
2 ? 5 whole eggs, 2 slices wheat bread
3 ? 1 can of tuna, banana
4 ? chicken, Rice
5 ? chicken or beef, veggies
6 ? cottage cheese with peanut butter

pretty much all whole food, so hopefully this works out better
