1ml of sus,1ml of deca - injected at the same time into either left glute,left quad,right quad or right glute.

training monday-friday

monday - back,triceps
tuesday - shoulders,biceps
wednesday - legs
thursday - chest
friday - triceps,biceps

i fit cardio and abs in 3 times a week


5 scrammbled whole eggs-3 pieces of brown bread toasted,and 1 bowl of porridge with multi vitamin

mid morning protein shake and banana

chicken breast,mixed veg,jacket potato

mid afternoon protein shake and orange

8oz steak,jacket spud,rice

4 egg whites and 1 whole egg boiled 3o mins b4 bed

please,if anybody can find a flaw in my master plan lol,tell me because im starting this next week.thanx guys,i no your comments will be harsh but fair
