View Full Version : Looking For Help on my Bulking Diet

I have reading these forums for a while and i have decided to have a go at designing my own diet. I'm 19 at about 13% body fat and 180lbs

8am Breakfast
4 whole eggs
1 cup of oatmeal
bottle of water

10 30am Meal
12 ounces of chicken
1 cup boiled rice

1pm lunch
50 grams of optimum whey protein
1 tbs flaxseed oil
1 cup of skim milk

3 30pm Meal/Pre Workout
12 ounces of chicken
2 large boiled potatoes
1 cup of brockley

4 30pm Work out

6pm Post Workout
50 grams optimum whey protein
Flax seed oil
30g Dextrose
30d Maltodextrin

7pm dinner
12 ounces of steak
1 cup of peas/corn
2 Boiled potatoes

Any suggestions would be great :)

You have to take in more than you burn for one. Eat alot and eat often. Lee said "You can't train like a horse if you eat like a bird"
