I am 5'9, currently up to 170
Cardio: 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes per session
Lifting: 4 day, two muscle group per day split

Diet:

PRE WORKOUT (6 A.M.) 1/2 cup oats
1 scoop ON whey

POST WORKOUT (7:45-8) 2 scoops ON whey
32 ounces Gatorade

(10:30-11) 1/4 cup almonds
1 small apple
2 whole eggs

(1:30-2) 1 whole wheat pita
1 can tune
1 small orange or 1 cup green veggies

(4-5) 8 oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
veggies

(7-8) 8 oz chicken or lean steak
1 cup oats
veggies

(PRE BED) 1 1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Eat more before you hit the gym, add a banana to that, they go down real easy and provide a good boost.

More carbs with your 10 30 meal, add a cup of pasta or a baked potato.

It doesn't look like there's quite enough fat. Add a serving of fat to each of your last 4 meals. (olive oil, peanut butter, flax seeds, avocado etc.)

make it 1 cup oats and maybe add a banana

more protin and way more carbs, this is your ppwo meal so you need carbs in it

healthy fats?

healthy fats?

(7-8) 8 oz chicken or lean steak
1 cup oats
veggies
healthy fat?

(PRE BED) 1 1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
maybe add a tbsp or two of PB to get some healthy fats in
