anyone notice difference when switching from whey+oats to whey+wms?

if you mix whey and wms, there is no difference. if you have the wms, then 10 mins later have protein there might be a tiiny difference. i haven't noticed much except oats fill me up slightly more.

my PWO shake (1 serving probolic SR)+1 cup groud oats has 13 grams fiber and keeps me full for a bit. I actually have to almost force food dwn my throat about an hour later or I wont be hungry.

re: using oats in your PWO.

don't you need quick digesting carbs, i.e. Waxy Maize Starch, in your PWO since you want the protein delivered quickly?

It's your overall macro's that will determine change, not a pwo shake.

I dont like grinding oats. When i use wms I dont feel as full as if i pound raw oats. I only use 25g wms then its whole food for the rest of my carbs.

yea im always bloated with oats
