View Full Version : I need advice on my daily diet (listing of what i ate)

I don't even know where to begin. My diet is so messed up.

Just to give you an example of what I ate yesterday:

9:30am - Chicken breast burger with 2 bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and ranch dressing on wheat bread

2:00pm - Pho noodles with sausage meatballs.

8pm - In n out double double burger = no spread, grilled onions + ketchup + 2 beef patties + 2 cheese on white bread. + another double double protein style - no spread, same burger wrapped in lettuce.

Where do I begin and what do I need to incorporate into my diet?

my goal is to cut weight and build lean muscle. Currently at 220 (gained from 200) and want to be at around 170. I am 5"11
