hello folks, i cant understand why ppl think that loosing fat and gaining muscle cant be done in the same time. If u think about it, in simple words protein builds muscle and carbs give u energy. in theory if u r performing everyday cardio 30-40mins so that u can burn fat (keeping the carbs low to medium) and in the same time lift as hard as possible providing ur body with sufficient amount of prot to recover and rebuild then why not. U will use ur body fat for fuel thus lowring it and simultaneosly put on muscles ....

is it not like that ?

Technically your right. But is it a lot harder to do both at the same time than if you were to do them both separately. Its not that you can't do it, its just that it is a lot harder to do both at the same time, plus it takes longer.
