Eat caloric dense foods like oats, breads, pasta, cottage cheese, yogurt's, eggs, peanut butter, nuts, and olive oil.

its cheap and they are boring but it gets the job done.

Try incorporating more meals in your diet and up portion sizes. Your body will become used to the amount of food and your stomach will expand a tad and you will actually become hungry more often

Doing cardio gives me a huge appetite.

Start using natural sugars to flavor foods (honey on oatmeal, real brown sugar on a sweet potato), drink olive oil, eat less fiber. Those are things that helped me.

workout harder. Or like someone else said, do some moderate intensity cardio. That always gets my hunger going

Start of with snacking every hour,could be as little as a slice of apple or couple teaspoons of cottage cheese.After a while your body will crave those snacks move your meals interval to 2 hours and up the quantity.After you start getting hungry around 2 hr mark move to three hors interval since you be starving by hour 3 you will eat a lot and be doing it up to 5 times a day.
