Ok lets say I have a contest in 3 weeks.. (I dont really, i m gng on holiday and I need to lose some more lbs :D )

what's the best diet to do if I have 3 weeks ??

I KNOOOOOOW you cannot spot lose fat.. I know BUT what can i do just for 3 weeks? I can't keep it for more as its a holiday we've planned ages ago and I just want to let loose and try enjoy it there so I can;t really keep the diet in those 2 weeks

so basically the question is - how can i maximise how I look in 3 weeks diet wise?

cut my carbs for 3 weeks in a gung ho fashion? keep a steady 500-1000kcal deficit at 40/40/20 ? What gives the quickest results and not necessarily the best ones in the long term?

any help appreciated :)

damn son, 500-100kcals, what are your stats? (hight weight, bf% esti)

The quickest isnt always the best/safest option.

I'm 6'2" and weigh 200.. BF almost 20% estimated

but I ve been on a 1600-1800kcal diet for the past week and I m almost never hungry..

around 45% p / 30% f / 25% c

I just want to try find what's the fastest cut.. might not be the safest but I m just gonna follow it for 3 weeks.. after my holiday its back to a normal 40/40/20 for me
