hey guys!

plan on cuttign in a few weeks.....I want to try carb cycling, as I read you can lose body fat but keep your muscle gains?

any good meal ideas for a cut?

I appreacite it in advance

maybe keep protein higher, eat whatever amount of carbs you planned on for that particular day in your carb cycle, and keep fat at atleast 20% still.

veggies are a good cutting food, cuz they fill you up and clean you out.

thx, yea I plan on eating lots of veggies I eat 4 cups of broccoli a day now...


any good meal ideas though?

is egges and sproted bread good for a cut for breakfast

Eggs are fine, I don't know what people think about bread, if it's wholemeal I guess it's fine.

I just stacked my stomach with veggies... the atmosphere is gettin the after-effects..... haha

Depends on weight heres some guidelines for his diet, heres to calculate your daily intake for :
180lb person= 180 x 1.5 = 270g protein (1080 calories); 180 x 0.65 = 117g fat (1053 calories); eating 2,130 calories per day.
For 200lb person= 200lb 200x1.5=300g protein (1200 cal); 200x .65= 130g fat ( 1170 cal) = eating 2370 cal a day.

Guidelines: Only 1 cheat meal a week, and go your first TWO weeks without a cheat meal. Aiming for a daily 60% protein, 30% fat, 10% carbs ratio. Aiming for 30-40 carbs a day, try not to go much higher.

This is just an idea for a diet, you don't have to follow this one, this is for a 200lb person (me) and fit to my lifestyle. Heres my current daily food so you can get an idea of what you can eat on this. Read some more, read till your eyes bleed!

a healthy low carb meal that I eat often is:

wrap-itz low carb wheat tortilla (9g carbs, 4g fiber)
sautee up some onions, red pepper, cucumbers
sliced up sirloin steak tips
1 tbsp of fat free ranch

Thanks guys, for meal ideas, any more appreciated .....

I subscribe to mens fitness, and I read about carb cycling and they said to do leik 3 days low carbs and 3 high carbs.keep siwthcing it up liek that...to trick your body...

so will try that hopefully I can lose a lot of body fat and maintain my muscles?
