Anyone got any tips for some good shakes i can make in the blender for breakfast or lunch times. I normally like to eat good meals but sometimes im hurting for time and a shake would be a good option i think. Any tips for a good/decent tasting shake thats will help with a cut. thanks

Small handful baby carrots
Two handful Kale greens w/stalks removed or spinach
Scoot fat-free / plain yogurt
Scoop Natural peanut butter
Scoop ON Whey
Teaspoon fish oil
Banana
Small handful raw flaxseed / Tablespoon ground flaxseed
Fat-free milk added slowly until it starts to all blend together!

I make one of these daily, either after work or after my workout. Awesome and fulfilling meal that is incredibly healthy. As you can tell, I do not precisely measure anything out really, I just throw junk in there until the blender is full.

I hope someone else will try it and maybe like it. Most people I offer it to look at the green and chunky sludge, slowly move it to their nose, and take a small sniff; "Is he serious?".

Then after a small sip-

"It tastes... healthy..."

Good luck with your quest Unbreakable!
