Age - 21
Height - 6ft
Weight - around 12st 5lbs
Lifting - About a 2 years on and off (4days a week)
Cardio - none atm

8.00am - Whey mixed in with porridge ( apple, and some blueberries)
10.45am - Workout
12.00 noon - MaxiMuscle Cyclone shake and 1 banana
2.30pm - Various Meal, (Usually steak/fish with veggies and baked beans
6.00pm - chicken and salad wholemeal sandwich
8.15pm - 2x Wholemeal toast with cottage cheese and spinach (grapes)
10.30 pm - Whey Shake
1.00am - whey with porridge

Thats my diet on all my days even on rest days,

My workout

Monday - Back / Bi and Abs
Tuesday - Chest and Tri
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Legs and Shoulders
Friday - Back/ Bi and abs or Bi's and Tri's and abs (alternating each week)
