lol okay so im starting my cutting diet
first of all. wud i rather go for the ketogenic diet? or just eat carbs, but lesss than i wud if i were bulking. and only have the carbs at morning, pre, post Work Out?
Also. say ive had my post WO meal. i cant have ANY carbs after that? not even say, a low fat yogurt, or milk?
When cutting. How much fats shud i get?? and wat fats?? other than PB?

One more ques. with a decent diet. 4 times a week cardio (ether swimming, or biking, or w/e). wud fat burners to me any gud?
or shud i just stick to the amino acids??
Its ETHER one. i cant get both. well?

any suggestions are welcome

Well @ the keto diet. If your not ready to do something so strict. ( many of us arn't) I wouldn't try it because you'll probably just end up overeating. I'd lower ur cal intake and try to keep carbs in the morning with high protein.


@ fat burner, i personally don't use them other then some green tea lol.
