View Full Version : Weight Loss but Fat stays the same

I've been cleaning up my diet and I started to implement HIIT into my weekly workout routine. The weight is coming off but my BF is STILL at 19% every morning!

Generally speaking, if I'm not getting enough calories then I'm losing muscle? Thats my hypothesis - I'm hoping someone can confirm what I am suspecting is true.

how are you testing your bf? are you lifting or just doing cardio? what are your macros and how many calories a day are you consuming?

what it sounds like with out knowing any of the info i just asked is that yes you are probably losing more muscle than fat. which to me says you arent doing and lifting and just cardio and you arent getting anywhere enough protein or calories. if you post the stats we will be able to help you get on the right track.

My question is what are you measuring your BF with. Most forms are NOT accurate. Are you taking measurements?
