Can't find a basketball coach after firing Tim Welsh.

Turned down by Jim Larranaga of George Mason and today turned down by Travis Ford of UMass.

There is talk they are going after Larry Brown next.

Why would LB go there when a lot of nba teams will go after him this summer?

He's capable of anything. Just a rumor. I doubt he would come to my neighborhood.

Sorry to see Tim Welsh go. He was a real class guy. It's too bad they couldn't have a won a little more for him.

Unfortunately their starting point guard Sharaud Curry was injured all season.
His replacement also got injured 10 games or so into the season so they were operating without a true point guard. It really hurt their floor game and probably cost Welsh his job.

Providence hires Keno Davis from Drake as their next coach.

Never heard of him. Well, now I have.

Do you know anything about him? He's very young. 36 :D I'm sure that's old to you.

I don't but Drake was a very good team also got a tourney bid. And 36 isn't that old to me.
