View Full Version : Dirty's low carb anti-catabolic Ice cream

this is something I have been making and eating for a while and I thought I would share, its a sort of variation of other Ice Cream's on the forum.

Ingredients needed (what I used)

GNC PM Protein (or ON CASEIN) ( I used chocolate)
Large or small curd full fat cottage cheese
heavy whipping cream

Optional ingredients

Zero carb syrups (Torani, Walden Farms)
Peanut butter


1. Pour 1/3 cup whipping cream into a container (I used a recycled cottage cheese container)

2. Whisk whipping cream until firm and ridges are present

3. Add 1/4 cup cottage cheese

4. Whisk or stir lightly

5. Add 1 scoop (flavor of choice Casein)

6. Stir until it becomes very pasty

7. add 1 tbsp water and continue to stir until the water is evenly distributed

8. repeat step seven until desired thickness is reached (keep in mind this will be frozen.) (Also do not add all water at once or your mix will become very runny, it is important that you add the water a little at a time, while stiring in between.)

9. Freeze

10. Enjoy (If you make several "batches" and freeze it all, it will get really hard, to solve this throw it in the microwave on high for about 30 seconds, or after it has been completely frozen, let it thaw in the refridgerator.)


29g fat/ 27 gram protein/ 3 net carbs ~ 380 cals

68% fat/ 28% protein/ 3% carb

How long ahead of time should you freeze it?

depends on how thick you make them, prolly 3-6 hrs
