In fat reducing context, which protein is better. Protein found in nuts or chicken/fish?
I think nuts has big amount of fat besides protein whereas lean meat has less fat & more protein.
What you say?
Thanks

Well yea, obviously. Nuts are essentially a source of fat (normally 45-65g fat per 100g) with a serving of protein and carbs (10-20g each per 100g.)

The protein of most pure meats runs at about 20-30g per 100g, with the fat content varying from virtually none up 30-40g per 100g.

I would eat meat for protein, and nuts for good fats, vitamins and minerals.

Many nuts are not complete proteins. Meat is.

Meat for protein AND fat. Nuts for fat.
