Finally after months of biggaz nagging me, today is the day that I finally get my lazy butt off the sofa and into the gym. Its been a long time in coming.

My initial goal is to lose 21lbs, I've already lost 6lbs in past 2 weeks so not off to a bad start, could be better, but now is the time to incorporate exercise into my diet, which aint that bad but looking to improve

Main problem that we have is that gaz needs to put on mass and I need to loose it so come meal times its madness in the kitchen, everything I want to eat he has on his plate, but I know that if I'm going to succeed I need to be strong, I know gaz has had a lot of support and good advise from people here, I'm hoping for some of the same please....

I'm only 32 but Gaz told me to post in over35's I think that's so he can keep an eye on what I'm doing.

Good luck on the weight loss 4 - 7 lbs in 4 weeks is what I would try go for. Take in off slow is best. Eat small meals 4 times a day.

As for diet, if he is eating a clean mass diet I dont think the actual foods will be that different. Just the amount of them you consume :)

You will like it better in the o35 section, its a good place to get used to the forums before you venture into the other um... less savory sections of the forums.

Thanks all,

I've managed about an hour in the gym this aft, boy what a killer, I'm gonna ache tomorrow, I have a knee injury at min so I'm concentrating on upper body, Gary wants me on squats an deadlifts as soon as my knees right.

I have never been any good at either cause my balance is poor. Its a start in the right direction I think, it must be 3-4 years since I last worked out
