it's a lot more indepth than the VJ Bible, pretty much covers everything VJ bible had and more.

I bought it. It seems very legit. a lot of info and a lot of different programs. Basically, its VJB for developing speed.

its an ebook stupid not an actual book

and its not like i have 2 posts and im asking. ive been here longer than most people

No, it's an actual book. I'm looking at it now. If it was an ebook it would be all over the place like VJB is.

i might use it in the future, but

1. i want to be a strength and conditioning coach, so i always want to see what has been successful for other people
2. i help some of my friends that play football with there workouts and training and i could use it with some of them

I can't say how good this program actually is because his 40 yrd program is proabably the most effective. However it will take sevral months to lower your time if you have strength imbalances, whihc he adresses in the book.So it is possible for a year to pass before you are running a 4.5 from 5.0

^^^^ true, but 5.0 to 4.5 is a remarkable improvement even for one year imo.

yes it is, i went from a 5.3 to a 4.7 witch just little speed work streching and getting my start down and getting stronger.

i would like to see how this program worked so i could decide whether to purchase or not.

Would this or Luke Lowrey's "Vertical Project" be more effective for increasing speed?

Please! LL is a clown!

get KB's Speed manual - it's the real deal. I have it and it's top notch

x2 Lukes a con artist and his program is a joke. TVP is a terrible program that almost ignores stregnth, most of the exercises say use a weight around 50% and do it as fast as you can.

I've been searching around on different sites such as Vertcoach.com, jumphigherguide.com, and streetballtalk.com, and many people say besides the price, this program can not be surpassed in terms of effectiveness.

vertcoach is affilated with Luke Lowery, and streetballtalk is a bunch of 12 year old kids that know nothing about athletics.
