i wanted to create this to allow everyone to see how their diet stacks up to others. crtisism is going to be a big part of this so feel free to critique others diets. post what you eat over a course of a day, times arent important. how much you weigh, body fat %, height, and age. if your cutting, bulking or maintainig post that along with an estimate of your fat carb and protein intake.

20yrs old 6' 205lb 10-11%bf bulking, i do no cardio

im taking in over 3000 calories a day
i get about P 290 C 430. ive never figured out the fat because i dont really care. i know im eating clean so im not concerned.

2 eggs
8 egg whites
1 12 fish filet(depends on sales again)
2 cans tuna
2 chicken breast
12 oz steak(cuts differ by whats onsale that week)
1 cup oats
8 slices bread
1 banana or apple
1 bag of brown minute rice
1 large sweet potatoe
1 cup green beans
1 1/2 cup pasta
2 white potatoes
2-8 spoonful of peanut butter

whoa :| how do you afford all of those chicken breasts, steaks n fish.. this is one of the things that lets me down, price of good food :(
