well ill be doing the 5x5 intemidiate program but im finding it hard to incorporate running and plyo days into it , which days would you recommend put running and plyos into ? Heres the link to 5x5 im doing http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5.htm

You could run and do pylos in the morning and then lift in the evening, that would be the most optimal

Do them after you lift, or on off days.
