Ive recently started using indicators to monitor my progress for my strength training. Its made a massive difference to my training as i now have a way of checking my progress. Watch this clip from Dave Tate (elitefts.com) on indicators, i think theyre massive;


What do you guys do to monitor your progress and keep your motivation up??? This is the best ive ever come accross

Best would be.......

Box Squat(Pure strength lower body)

Box Jump(lower body explosion, mobility, balance)

Flat barbell bench( Pure upper body strength)

Chin-up(relative body strength)
