i saw something similar in muscle and fitness but changed it up.

2 Eggs 3 Egg whites.
brocolli, pea pods, carrots, peppers (all from a frozen cheapo stir fry mix)
dried onion flakes
olive oil/pam spray
pepper flakes/parmesian cheese (shakers stolen from a bar i was hammered at)

pre heat oven to 350

microwave the stir fry veggies to thaw them
chop them up into smaller sizes and pan fry them in a pan with olive oil, some pepper flakes, and some onion flakes. Spritz salt.

add eggs. DO NOT STIR just let the eggs sit. Add pepper flakes and parmesian cheese with some extra onion flakes to the top of the eggs.
When eggs are set around the edges of the pan (about 1-2 minutes) Put pan into oven.

Only cook a few minutes keep an eye on eggs.

That seems like a lot of veggies, but my main question is:

If you're on keto, why bother separating the whites, and why not use regular oil or something? You WANT the fat!
