please i need help. will someone please help me get out of my slump. i went from .378 my sophmore year to a .136 the first nine games of the year and i have struck out 7 times. i am pulling everything and not judging the ball good and swinging at stupid ****. i am in my own head and cant help it.

x2 im 10x more relaxed when i get some about 1-2 hours before the game i go no less than 2 for 4 if i bat 4 times but around 500 each time but i dont play much anymore too much of a liability with my temper LOL.

Damn bro, for slumps theres no advice. Just relax and concentrate harder. The only thing i can say is that the best part of a slump is that you ALWAYS come out it. Its the best feeling in the world.

One thing you can try is to pick up flaws in the pitcher. You know if he tips his glove when he throws a changup or curveball. PIck that **** up and youll be good.
