Are these actually decent for a post work out meal? I have been eating two of these about an hour after I lift.

Are you vegetarian? Its better to get some animal protein in, higher BV values. Generally, you want protein + carbs w/ limited fat. Good protein choices for PWO include canned tuna, chicken breasts, egg whites, basically any lean protein. Get your carbs from rice, bread, pasta or potatoes.

Gotcha, Yeah today I had a can of tune and two of these guys. Usually I have chicken and rice but spotted these in the freezer and thought why not? But no I'm not a vegetarian and thanks for the reponse...:)
