View Full Version : when do i have to eat more?

So, the question is when do i have to eat more? whether on workout or on rest days? The quantity is food isn't very different, i drink 2 protein shakes on workout days and one on rest, but i thought maybe it would be better to do it conversely.

since when is eating defined as drinking protein shakes?

start eating 6-7 meals a day.. leave ur SHAKES to post-workout only and on rest days eat balanced meals every 3 hours or a lil bit later depending on how big they are.

Whole foods is what you want, save the supps for later they are only here to help supply what we cant get from whole foods

Ok, maybe i will rearrange my question a little bit.
When there is a bigger protein need for our body (on workout days or on rest)?
I eat quite good and everyday the same thing (meat, eggs, curd, porridge, vegetables, fruits) so the matter is one additional protein shake, whether it is on rest or on workout day.
