View Full Version : Which cereal do you eat, if any?

I don't eat cereal right now but since I'm bulking I don't see why not. Wheaties is my favorite but I hear everyone seems to like special K.. eh, whats your preference?

I usually eat Kashi Go lean. Tastes great and is full of fiber. It isn't my entire breakfast though. I will always eat eggs, whole wheat toast and some sort of fruit (banana or cantaloupe usually) along with a cup of the cereal. It helps get my carbs up.

what are ppls thoughts on rice bubbles. I have had a look at the nutritional content and seems to be low fat, low sugar and high in carbs, would this be a ok cereal with added whey before a morning workout?

I eat shredded wheat, grape nuts, kashi go lean, and cheerios.

The 'high fiber', 'health' cereals, most of them contain a solid amount of sugars to cover up the taste, so be careful.
