I am 19yo, 183lbs, probably 6-8%BF, student, in the gym 6 days a week for 45mins weight training (mon-shoulders, tues-OFF, wed-chest, thurs-bis, fri-legs, sat-tris, sun-back) every other day i do 15mins HIIT training (treadmill on 5.5 for 1 min15sec, 8.2 for 45sec sprint) rotate for 15mins.

If you could critique this nutrition, this is what i took in today, im trying to clean bulk.
