View Full Version : My first comp. Doing 20 week cut to ease into it....question

I'm going for a 20 week cut. My comp. is July 26th.

My main question is when is the best time I should do my cardio and should i drink my PWO shake after cardio also, and should i cut out my PWO shake sometime. (2 scoops protein 2-3 scoops of waxy maize starch about 60-90 carbs)

the first 20-13 weeks are more of a transition stage so i have time to start tweaking stuff, and only plan to start light cardio these first few weeks.

Everyone is going to give you a different answer... which means the best time to do cardio is when you think it is.
