BULK DIET:
6:45- 1-4 Pieces Ezekiel Bread ( or 1/2-2 cups oat meal) + 1 piece of fruit (w/ honey) + Shake (30-50 gram whey protein)

9:30- 1-3 serving(s) of brown rice (yam) with 8 oz. grilled chicken and fibrous vegetables.

12:00- 1-3 serving(s) of brown rice (yam) with 8 oz. grilled chicken and fibrous vegetables.

1 hour Pre - Shake( 30 gram whey protein + 1 cup of oats) + 1 BIG Power Bar

Intra- 2 scoop Purple Wraath + 2 scoop Glycergrow + 1 scoop green mag + 1 scoop CarbSlam + 1 scoop Protein Hydrolysate

Immediately Post- 3 scoops TORRENT

1 hour Post- Shake (1 scoop Quality Whey, 1/2 scoop Egg Protein +1/2 cup of oats)

8:15- 8 ounces of fattier meat or fish (chicken thighs/legs, ribeye or salmon) + (yam / brown rice) + vegetables

11:00- Shake(1 scoop casein protein) + three whole hard boiled eggs + 1 ounce almonds

hows she look?

i would make the bolded 1 hour post an actual meal with food. but thats just me. other than that it looks good. not sure on the macros, or total cals, but sure as hell looks goood.

hight/weight/bf?

looks pretty solid

maybe a full cup of oats 1 hour after and some healthy fats during the day.

i just cut from 215 18% to 180 7%


that 1 hour post meal is liquid just cause i use torrent immediatley after and then that just to get some extra protein


as far as marcros

i keep protein the same at around 225-250 grams a day
carbs i cycle on work out days depending on body part between 300-375 grams( 150 on off days)
fats i usually have just at night and usualy only get in like 75 grams

i have a 5 day split
