my diet to shed some fat
Supplements =Animal Stak and ECA once in a while

AM-Lifting + some cardio (EMPTY STOMACH)

Meal1-40gramProtein Shake,banana
Meal2-About 2-3 Grilled chicken breast
Meal3-1/3oat bran,5eggwhites,1cup LF Cottage Cheese
Meal4-2chicken breast
Meal5-5egg whites


any suggestions all welcomed,takin ANIMAL STAK to increase some performance maybe even gain 1-2 lb hehe

also sould i take the PROHORMONE<ANIMAL STAK) on days i dont lift weights?
