Is there a general way to burn body fat quickly?? besides obviously adding more muscle, what would burn fat already in your body....running? boxing?? exercise bike? help

Running, boxing, and exercise bike would all help you burn fat more quickly. All cardio helps you burn fat more quickly. Do 3-4 45 minuted cardio sessions a week, and watch what you eat (try for 10 cal per pound of boryweight daily). This will definitely increase fat burning.

Oddly enough you don't want to cut the fat out of your diet when you do start the process. Make sure that you check out the nutrition forum for some great tips and recipies. If you can't find what your looking for then scroll up to the top of the screen and click on search. From there you can search all forums or specify a specific forum.
