What kind of water is better Vermont spring water or tap water?
Does it even matter?????

They are both good for you.

Tap water has fluride in it which strengthens your bones.

Bottle was does not, it is plain.

But, tap also has clorine in it which will make microscopic cuts in you, granted that is really nitpicking it down and i dont think it has ever hurt anyone, just stick with tap water with a purfier.

Tap water -> purifier -> glass/bottle -> mouth.

The amount of minerals or chemicals naturally present (or added) to any water (be it bottled or tap) is miniscule and isn't going to make a difference given the amount of water you're going to be drinking.

Get yourself a good water purifier (I use a simple Brita pitcher). You'll save a ton of cash, which can then be used for buying more supplements! :)

H20 bro just drink any water you can get your hands on (within reason) Just at least get a gallon in a day.
