I am 6'2" and having been doing cardio for about 2 weeks now to get ripped. I have lost about 4 lbs per week and am down to 166 lbs. Although I way very little for being 6'2" my waist is about 33 inches and I have a body fat percentage of 15% according to lamuscle.com. I want to get down to about 10% and have a six pack. Is 166 lbs too low for someone 18 yrs old and 6'2"? Also, approximately how long should it take to go from 15% body fat to 10% if I do cardio 3 times a week for about 30 minutes and eat properly? Thanks in advance.

It's hard to give a specific answer to what you are asking. At 18 your metabolism should be super fast. A four pound weight loss a week is a bit much. Are you sure most of it wasn't waterloss? Did you take a bodyfat reading before and after the weight loss? On most healthy people one pound of fat loss is safe to ensure that muscle is not being wasted. At 18 you may lose faster naturally. Your main guide should be the mirror and the bodyfat callipers. So taking your age in consideration and the fact that you are eating properly and engaging in cardio as well as training, I would say you could drop 5% in 3 weeks safely.
