At 138 lbs, I wouldn't worry about being ripped. As far as I can see, that's just about starving. But, I don't know you're bf%, height, workout fequency, goal. A little more info please.

Mon-back/bi
Tue-shoulders/traps
Wed-legs
Thurs-chest/tri
Fri-off
sat-bi/tri
sun-off

I do cardio 7 days a week except wednesday i may skip it or do it at night since i workout in the morning, usaully 30-40 mins cycling from 7mph-9mph as well as abs 5-6 days a week

i wouldnt mind putting on about 10 pounds but i know its not going to happen with all the cardio so any help would be great!

You are a rail my friend. You are not eating enough. Stop with all the cardio and pick up a fork.

yea i know it sounds pathetic i can see definition beyond definition (especially in the morning) but i find it hard to eat a lot more food mostly due to work and school....the cardio must be a psychological thing because i always feel like i need to do it to feel good. thanks for the input by the way i am male

Seriously, I think a hard-core bulking cycle is in order.
