I think carbs are important in the first meal, and should be wheaned off towards the end of the day befor bed. I would eat oats here aswell

Meal 2
Protein Shake (ON - 2 scoops w/ water)
Water

Add ground oats and some flax/fish oil

Snack
1 Pure Protein Protein Bar

Add nuts and some sort of complex carb

Meal 3 - Lunch
1 Bag Salad
3 Pickles
Water
2 Cans Tuna

Pickles? Thatís a firstÖnot to sure about them

Meal 4
Protein Shake (ON - 2 scoops w/ water)
1 Whole Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast

Carbs? Fats?

Meal 5 - Dinner
1 Bag Salad
1 Cup Spinach
1 Whole Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Water

fats?

Post Workout
Protein Shake (ON - 2 scoops w/ water)
You need carbs here

Meal 6
2 Turkey Burgers
Water

This look s like an almost all protein diet, if you donít; want carbs you need to eat more fats, if not that then eat 40/40/20 or 50/30/10

Thanks for the advice. Any suggestions on what fats I could add to get it higher up?

Some good fats come from nuts like almonds, or something like Flaxseed Oil, Fish Oil (those are both great).

I agree some more good fats needed, also look into adding a few pieces of fruit earlier in the day maybe one with breakfast and lunch....
