View Full Version : Question About Homemade MRP?

Recently, I have found a quick, cheap way to make an MRP. Take 1 1/2 scoops of protien powder (Optimum Nutrition 100% whey), a box of sugar free jello pudding (24 carbs a box), and 16oz water. It really makes a tasty shake and only has 260 calories per shake (33g protien, 27g carbs, 3g fat). However, I am concerned as far as the TYPE of carbs I am ingesting. Where do the 24g carbs from the jello pudding mix come from? The box just says that they are NOT from sugar. And it takes a nutritional expert to decifier the ingredients listed. Are they quality? Anybody have any experience with the stuff?

Also, does this make a NUTRITIONAL MRP or am I taking in crap? I am trying to find ways to make quick meals for on the go because I am working out of the office a lot these days. Thanks for any input.

jello is highly processed, your better off throwing in a cup of oates in your shake than jello.

PS you from greenville? my parents live in that area. nice town.
